All enrollments are non-refundable once registration is complete. Students may request a one-time reschedule to a future class date if they provide at least 7 days’ notice before the original start date. Reschedule requests made with less than 7 days’ notice may still be granted, provided the new training date is scheduled and attended within 30 days of the original class date. Exceptions may be considered for extenuating circumstances, subject to availability and approval. No-shows without any prior notice will forfeit tuition and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
